Pricing is based on transaction volume, number of accounts, and the overall complexity of your bookkeeping. Ongoing services are billed at a flat monthly rate, so you always know what to expect.

Yes. If your books are behind, I can get them caught up, cleaned up, and organized. These projects are quoted at a flat one-time fee based on the scope of work.

You never need to share your password. In QuickBooks Online, you can invite me through the accountant access feature, which gives me secure professional access to your file.

QuickBooks Online is my preferred platform, and I’m a certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor. If you’re using something else, we can review your setup during the consultation and decide on the best next step.

You’ll receive monthly financial reports, including a Profit & Loss statement and Balance Sheet. I’m also available by email when questions come up between regular check-ins.
